About Our Cards
All of our handmade greeting cards come with a matching linen textured envelope and are individually wrapped in a cellophane bag for further protection. As many of our cards are three-dimensional, any special postage instructions are also included in the packaging. Because each card is individually handcrafted, the overall look of each card may vary slightly.

Prices quoted on this website are in US dollars and are subject to change at any time. Any price changes are immediately reflected on the site

Returns
All orders are inspected and double-checked before shipment to insure accuracy and that the product is in excellent condition.

If you wish to return any item, we ask that you contact us within one week of receiving your Anseletta's merchandise. If for some reason, an item is defective, we would be more than happy to refund your money or to replace the item. We will also refund the original shipping cost if the return is a result of product defect or our error. If the item is part of a custom order, it cannot be returned or refunded unless there was an error on our part.
